Diagnosis and Treatment Plan: A Key Executive Review
Jan King is a credential Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and and accomplished business executive, so she knows the issues. She has extensive experience mediating key executive issues and can help you get the clarity you need.
Should this key executive be moved, have his or her job changed, or is he or she simply not a fit for your company.
Get the objective answer you need for both of you. Let the key executive know you've done everything you can to determine the right steps for him or her as well as for the success of the company.
Cost: $2,000 for a single key executive, including a written evaluation and plan and review session with both parties upon conclusion, if desired.

Running a business is one of the most challenging, potentially rewarding jobs in the world. Devote your self to doing it right, get the help you need, and it will bring you the success you seek.
A business plan is something you share with investors, a game plan is your tactical day-to-day action plan you share with your employess and how you really run your business.
Implementing your game plan takes wisdom, discipline, courage, and most of all persistence.
Cost: $500 per month for one in person session, one phone check in, and unlimited emails. Coaching is done in person in Southern California and by phone and email anywhere else in the United States. Sessions usually last 90 minutes to 2 hours.
